Aetatis Corporation (“the Developer”, “we”, or “us”) provides the Cuein iOS application (the “App”) with a core dedication to user safety, especially protecting minors from sexual exploitation and abuse.
We forbid any content or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children. When we learn of apparent child exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant legal authorities, as required by law.
If you find suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), report it immediately via the in-app tool or by email to our Child Safety Contact, Xue XingGuang, at: AetatisTeam@outlook.com.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, you must contact local law enforcement first.
To protect children’s safety and privacy, we adopt these Child Safety Rules (the “Rules”). These Rules apply to all App users. BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, OR USING THE APP, YOU CONSENT TO THESE RULES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE STOP USING THE APP IMMEDIATELY.

1. Application and Interpretation
1.1 The App is not intended for children. Therefore, a child’s registration as a user is a direct violation of our Terms. Adults sharing devices with minors should enable parental controls to block App access.
1.2 In these Rules, “child” and “minor” mean anyone under 18 years old, or under the age of legal majority in the user’s home country, whichever offers greater protection.
1.3 “Child Sexual Abuse Material” (CSAM) means any sexualised content of a child, whether shared or created by anyone, including self-generated CSAM or realistic-appearing digital/AI-generated content. Sexualised content includes material that suggests or shows sexual acts or abuse, sexualises a young body, or fetishises young body parts.
“Grooming” means building a friendly or trusting relationship with a child to enable sexual abuse or exploitation.
“Sextortion” means threatening to share nude, intimate, or sexually explicit content without consent, usually to obtain money, sexual acts, or more intimate content.
“Sexual harassment” means unwanted sexual communication or behaviour directed at someone, including sexualisation via platform features (e.g., simulating sex through a duet or sticker), comments about intimate body parts or sexual performance, or sharing/threatening to share sexual history, partners, or orientation.
“Intimate body parts” means genitalia, buttocks, and breasts (including nipple and areola).

2. Absolute Prohibitions Concerning Content
2.1 The App allows user-generated content (photos, videos, text, etc.). While we support free expression, we strictly ban any content that is or facilitates CSAE.
2.2 Except for educational/documentary content about abuse harms (as long as it does not show or graphically describe the following), “Prohibited Content” includes, without limitation:
(1) Showing, promoting, or engaging in child sexual or physical abuse or exploitation, such as:
a.CSAM, including screenshots or clips from original material, even without nudity or sexual activity;
b.Adult-child romantic relationships, pedophilia, or self-identifying as attracted to children;
c.Grooming;
d.Sextortion;
e.Sexual harassment; or
f.Sexual solicitation, including inviting a child to sexual acts or to share explicit images (even by another child).
(2) Showing or promoting physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, or psychological abuse of a child; or
(3) Revictimising children who have suffered abuse or exploitation, including via third-party reshares.
2.3 These bans also cover any related actions, such as sharing, linking, requesting, endorsing (e.g., likes or reposts), or otherwise interacting with Prohibited Content.

3. Developer Measures
We detect, block, and remove Offending Content through automated tools, human review, and user reports.
Once we know of Prohibited Content, we remove it quickly. We may also take action against offending accounts, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
