This Community Content Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) prescribe the standards, norms, and uniform code of conduct applicable to all content, accounts, and user interactions on Cuein iOS (the “Software” or “App”). This Code constitutes a supplementary instrument to the Terms of Service, elaborating in detail upon the acts that are authorized and those that are forbidden within the community. Our App is dedicated to cultivating a secure, inclusive, and innovative space in which users may freely express their views while remaining answerable both to one another and to the community as a whole.

1. Applicable Scope
1.1 The provisions contained within this Code shall bind every individual utilising the Application, encompassing natural persons, corporate bodies, incorporated organisations and all parties which gain access to, operate or engage interactively with the Application’s functional modules, hosted content and ancillary service provisions. 1.2 All materials created, imported, uploaded, transmitted, published, algorithmically generated, received or electronically stored by end-users via the Software or associated service offerings shall fall within the remit of this Code, including (without limitation) photographic imagery, moving video footage, written textual communications, account profile avatars, audio recordings and all auxiliary derivative media (collectively denominated “User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). This provision extends equally to all media outputs generated by any artificial intelligence functionalities furnished by the Application, where applicable.

2. Overarching Foundational Tenets
Every clause contained within this Code is predicated upon the three underpinning operational tenets enumerated below:
2.1 Mitigation of Harm – The Application shall afford paramount precedence to the safety, welfare and psychological well-being of its constituent community members, and shall institute pre-emptive investigative and removal protocols to detect, segregate and eradicate any content liable to inflict physical or psychological detriment upon individual persons or defined demographic cohorts.
2.2 Protected Freedom of Expressive Creation – The Application shall uphold and safeguard each end-user’s entitlement to creative self-expression, conditional upon such expressive activity not contravening prevailing applicable legislation, breaching the terms of this Code or transgressing the proprietary and personal rights of third-party persons.
2.3 Inclusive Equitable Treatment & Mutual Civility – The Application shall strive to nurture a fully inclusive communal space wherein every registered user shall receive equitable treatment consistent with human dignity, free from discriminatory rhetoric, persistent targeted harassment and hate-motivated behavioural misconduct.

3. Proscribed Content & Unlawful User Conduct
No end-user shall manufacture, upload, circulate or disseminate any form of content, nor partake in any behavioural act which falls within the categorisations of prohibited activity set forth hereinafter:
3.1 Violent Acts & Criminal Misconduct
3.1.1 Media which endorses, glorifies or incites violent physical conduct, inclusive of explicit threats of bodily harm, coordinated mass violence and propagandistic material advancing terrorist ideologies.
3.1.2 Visual or textual media depicting or encouraging violent acts reasonably likely to result in fatal injury, permanent severe bodily trauma, large-scale property destruction or widespread disruption to public civil order.
3.1.3 Instructional content facilitating or detailing the fabrication or unlawful deployment of firearms, explosive ordnance and other categorised hazardous dangerous articles.
3.2 Illicit Merchandise & Statutorily Regulated Goods
3.2.1 Communications facilitating the commercial exchange, circulation and distribution of illicit controlled narcotics, psychotropic scheduled substances and prescription pharmaceutical products subject to state administrative supervision.
3.2.2 Digital postings enabling the sale, barter and delivery of firearms, ammunition and other lethal weaponry in contravention of applicable statutory regulatory frameworks.
3.2.3 Publications promoting human trafficking, cross-border smuggling and all other criminal commercial transactions proscribed by law.
3.3 Hate Speech & Discriminatory Communications
3.3.1 Content impugning, threatening or inciting collective animosity toward individual persons or demographic groupings predicated upon racial classification, ethnic lineage, national citizenship, religious persuasion, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical impairment or any other characteristic afforded statutory protective status.
3.3.2 Written materials propagating supremacist ideological doctrines or advocating the systematic exclusion, enforced segregation and oppressive subjugation of any definable population cohort.
3.4 Targeted Harassment & Digital Bullying
3.4.1 Media formulated to target, intimidate or publicly degrade designated individual users or specific demographic groups.
3.4.2 Behaviour constituting digital cyberbullying, doxxing (the unauthorised publication of another’s private personally identifiable information) and the distribution of content intended to assist third parties in conducting harassing campaigns.
3.4.3 The employment of orthographic variants, homophonic substitutions, symbolic glyphs, numerical ciphers and other obfuscatory techniques to evade platform content moderation filters for the purpose of disseminating harassing or detrimental material. 3.4.4 Separately from general harassing conduct, the following categories of content are absolutely proscribed upon the Application:
a) The fetishisation or dehumanisation of any individual on the grounds of race, ethnicity, religious belief, gender, sexual orientation or physical disability;
b) Derogatory, exclusionary statements conveying racial preference (e.g. the notation “No [race/ethnicity]” upon public account profiles so as to convey discriminatory intent);
c) Unsolicited sexual overtures or explicit sexual media transmitted to users without their clear, voluntary consent;
d) Sustained repetitive messaging directed at a recipient subsequent to their explicit refusal of communication or activation of the account block function;
e) The aggregation of other users’ personal identifiable data via the Application for the ulterior purposes of stalking, doxxing or off-platform harassing activity.
3.5 Misleading Information & Deceptive Operational Practices
3.5.1 The circulation of fabricated or materially misleading information liable to occasion substantial detriment to private individuals, public health governance frameworks or national public safety regimes.
3.5.2 Deceptive operational schemes including fraudulent identity impersonation, internet-based financial scams, phishing communications and profit-driven fraudulent stratagems.
3.5.3 The utilisation of any natural person’s portrait, visual likeness, legal name or private personal data (encompassing public celebrities and ordinary registered platform users) absent their explicit written authorisation, whether for personal private utilisation, commercial promotional activity or brand endorsement arrangements. 3.5.4 AI-generated or AI-altered media which conveys misleading implications without prominent, conspicuous disclosure labelling identifying its synthetic origin. 3.5.5 Regulation Governing AI-Generated Profile Portraits. End-users are prohibited from utilising artificially generated, digitally synthetic or substantially retouched photographic imagery as their primary account profile avatar. All profile imagery must accurately and authentically represent the end-user’s real physical appearance. End-users may upload AI-produced media to personal photo galleries or story feeds solely upon the condition that the accompanying caption or descriptive text clearly and conspicuously labels such content as “AI-generated” or “Synthetic”.
3.5.6 Impersonation of the Application Operator, the making of false claims of corporate affiliation, or the misrepresentation of personal association with the platform’s parent undertaking, subsidiary entities, affiliated corporate bodies, salaried employees, outsourced contractors, customer support operatives and content moderation staff. This prohibition extends to the unlicensed utilisation of the Application’s registered trade name, trademark logos, corporate branding and employee names for the purpose of deceiving or defrauding fellow platform end-users.
3.6 Sexualised Media & Sexual Exploitative Conduct
3.6.1 Content depicting, promoting or facilitating acts of sexual exploitation, inclusive of child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual imagery and recordings of sexual violence offences.
3.6.2 Explicit pornographic media, sexually suggestive textual publications and communications soliciting sexual encounters of any description.
3.6.3 Sexually suggestive conduct or communications directed toward minor persons under the age of eighteen.
3.6.4 Communications facilitating or soliciting remunerated sexual services, including prostitution, escort agency arrangements, compensated dating and sexual acts exchanged for monetary payment, tangible gifts or other valuable consideration; advertisements and hyperlinks directing users to external third-party platforms offering such unlawful services are equally prohibited.
3.6.5 The sharing, threatened distribution or solicitation of private intimate imagery or video recordings of any individual absent their voluntary, informed and unambiguous prior consent.
3.7 Life-Endangering & Hazardous Activities
3.7.1 Visual or textual media depicting or advocating activities carrying a material risk of severe bodily injury or premature death.
3.7.2 Content encouraging self-harm behaviours, clinical eating disorders and all other conduct prejudicial to the physical and psychological health of end-users.
3.8 Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
3.8.1 Media which infringes the copyright, registered trademark, patent and all other statutorily recognised intellectual property rights vested in third-party holders.
3.8.2 Digital resources facilitating the unauthorised mass distribution of copyright-protected literary, audio and visual creative works.
3.9 Unsolicited Spam & Platform Metric Manipulation
3.9.1 Spam communications comprising repetitive, irrelevant and unsolicited commercial promotional messaging.
3.9.2 Artificial manipulation of the Application’s engagement metrics, inclusive of synthetic likes, follower accounts, automated bot scripts and coordinated inauthentic interactive campaigns.
3.9.3 Operational acts interfering with the Application’s native generative artificial intelligence tools and other core technical infrastructure systems.
3.9.4 The unauthorised automated or manual crawling, scraping, data harvesting and bulk downloading of other users’ account profiles, photographic media and private personal data via bot scripts, automated crawlers or manual copying processes, absent the platform’s prior written consent, irrespective of whether such harvested data is deployed to construct third-party proprietary databases, conduct competitive market analysis or republish content upon external digital platforms.
3.9.5 Commercial promotional postings, product sales advertisements and business opportunity listings published upon the Application without full legal licensing authorisation, or any commercial content transgressing applicable national legislative and regulatory provisions.

4. Compliance with Commercial Usage
All end-users acknowledge and contractually agree that pursuant to the Terms of Service, all content uploaded, posted or publicly displayed upon the Application (encompassing photographic media, video recordings, textual communications, account avatars and user activity logs) may be exploited by the platform upon a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and fully transferable basis for the commercial promotion, marketing, advertising and brand development of the Application and its affiliated derivative product lines. Full granular provisions governing the platform’s commercial exploitation of “UGC” are set out within the Terms of Service.

5. Minor Safeguarding & Age-Appropriate Content
5.1 Any end-user who identifies content or behavioural conduct posing a tangible risk to minor persons shall forthwith submit a formal report via the designated reporting channel AetatisTeam@outlook.com. All reports alleging potential endangerment of minors shall be prioritised for expedited manual moderation review.
5.2 The platform reserves the absolute discretionary right to effect immediate permanent termination of all accounts registered by end-users under the age of eighteen, or accounts proven to have breached the minor safeguarding regulatory clauses contained herein.
5.3 Adult end-users aged eighteen years and above shall not solicit, request or encourage any user whom they know, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, is a minor to disclose private contact particulars, confidential personal imagery or consent to offline in-person meetings.
5.4 Adult end-users are subject to an absolute prohibition against transmitting pornographic, sexually suggestive or otherwise inappropriate textual and visual communications to users confirmed, or reasonably presumed, to be minors.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement Claim Procedure
Where any party holds the reasonable belief that their statutorily protected intellectual property rights have been infringed by media hosted upon the Application, as stipulated within Section 3.8 of this Code, such party may submit a formal written infringement notice to the platform governance team. The platform shall process all received infringement notices in strict compliance with prevailing applicable intellectual property legislation. End-users with multiple substantiated intellectual property infringement records shall face temporary account suspension or permanent account termination. Where an end-user’s lawful content has been erroneously removed due to misjudgment by moderation staff, the affected party retains the right to submit a counter-notice for secondary re-evaluation. For exhaustive submission protocols, mandatory evidentiary materials required for notices and counter-notices, and the full scope of relevant statutory rights and obligations, reference shall be made to Section 11 of the Terms of Service.

7. Sanctionary Enforcement Powers
7.1 The Application employs a combination of automated moderation technologies and human review by safety professionals to identify, review, and take action against content that violates this Code.
7.2 Upon formal verification of a breach of this Code’s provisions, the platform may deploy one or multiple of the following enforcement remedies: a) Permanent removal of the infringing content or imposition of access restrictions barring all users from viewing such material; b) Issuance of an official written warning correspondence to the infringing end-user; c) Temporary suspension or permanent revocation of the end-user’s registered account; d) Restriction or complete revocation of selected functional permissions available to the end-user within the Application; e) Referral of all relevant case documentation to competent law enforcement authorities where the proven conduct constitutes statutory criminal offences.

8. Breach Reporting & Appeal Remedies
8.1 End-users may submit reports alleging suspected infringing content or improper user conduct to the platform via the designated official communication channel AetatisTeam@outlook.com. 8.2 End-users subject to formal enforcement sanctions may lodge a written appeal by electronic mail correspondence directed to AetatisTeam@outlook.com. All appeal submissions must be filed within thirty calendar days following the effective date of the enforcement sanction. The platform shall transmit a formal receipt acknowledgment within forty-eight hours of appeal receipt, and issue a conclusive review determination within seven standard business days. In the event that the initial appeal receives a negative ruling, the submitting party may apply for a secondary tier of re-examination, which shall be fully concluded within fourteen standard business days. The platform shall supply written documentary records setting out the full rationale underpinning the final binding determination. End-users submitting three or more unfounded, frivolous appeal applications within any rolling ninety-day period shall be barred from lodging further appeal submissions for a continuous period of six calendar months.

9. Code Amendment & Update
The platform retains the unilateral absolute authority to revise, supplement and amend the provisions of this Code from time to time, so as to adapt to evolving patterns of communal user interaction, emerging digital safety hazards and statutory amendments to applicable national legislation and administrative regulatory instruments. The continued utilisation of the Application by end-users subsequent to any formal amendment coming into force shall constitute conclusive acceptance of the updated revised text of this Code.

10. Governing Jurisdiction & Interpretative Principles
10.1 This Code shall be construed and interpreted conjointly with the Terms of Service and the prevailing applicable statutory legislation of the jurisdiction regulating the contractual legal relationship subsisting between end-users and the Application operator.
10.2 In the event of any textual inconsistency or conflicting provision arising between this Code and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall take absolute precedence and prevail in all instances.
